A Turkish integrated steel mill has opened a tender to purchase deep-sea scrap, sources told Metal Bulletin sister title Steel First on Friday May 3.
Bursa(ScrapMonster): A Turkish integrated steel mill has opened a tender to purchase deep-sea scrap, sources told Metal Bulletin sister title Steel First on Friday May 3.
The mill was reported to be looking to buy a 20,000-tonne cargo, comprising A3, HMS 1 and bonus scrap material. Another Turkish mill has continued to buy small tonnages of scrap from Black Sea scrap suppliers in recent days.
