Weyerhaeuser Appointed David M. Wold as its New CFO

He has been serving as vice president and chief accounting officer of the company since May 2019.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Weyerhaeuser Company announced appointment of David M. Wold as its new senior vice president and chief financial officer. The appointment is with immediate effect, said the company press release. He replaces Nancy Loewe, who has decided to leave the company.

Devin W. Stockfish, president and chief executive officer noted that David brings 20 years of strong accounting, financial and strategic acumen to the role. The company is excited to welcome his experience and energy to its senior management team, he said. Furthermore, he recollected that David has demonstrated outstanding leadership since joining the company in 2013.

Commenting on his appointment to the key position, Wold said that he is honored to step into the role at such an exciting time in the company's history. Wold joined the company in November 2013 and has held a series of accounting and finance leadership roles with increasing responsibility over the past several years. He has been serving as vice president and chief accounting officer of the company since May 2019.
