SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): AMCS- the leading supplier of integrated software and vehicle technology for the waste, recycling and material resources industries announced launch of new platform for metal recycling at the ISRI Convention and Exposition 2022 being held at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.
The new cloud-based solution has been designed after thorough consultations with scrap metal recyclers. It aims to automate all aspects of scrap metal recycler operations including scales, compliance, pricing and contract management, transport, supplier portal, hauler portal, inventory valuation and management, production, brokerage, sales, outbound logistics and finance.

Elaine Treacy, Global Product Director at AMCS noted that the AMCS platform is a key technology enabler for the circular economy. The platform was developed following almost a year-long collaboration with some of the world’s largest scrap recycling organizations. Their valuable feedback into product design resulted in a unique enterprise-grade solution that offers state-of-the-art automation support across various scrap recycling operations, Treacy added.
