WestRock Announced Key Leadership Changes

WestRock Company also announced evolution of its commercial and operational leadership structure and team.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Atlanta-based WestRock Company announced key changes to its commercial and operational leadership team.

The company announced retirement of Jeff Chalovich, president of Corrugated Packaging and chief commercial officer, after 23 glorious years of service with the company. He will retire from the company effective August this year.

WestRock Company also announced evolution of its commercial and operational leadership structure and team. The new structure aligns well with the company’s enhanced commercial strategy and is expected to deliver stronger efficiencies. Furthermore, it will strengthen the company and create value for its shareholders, said David B.Sewell, president and chief executive officer.

According to company press release, Patrick Linder will assume the role of president, Commercial, Innovation and Sustainability. Patrick Kivits will be the new president, Consumer Packaging. Pete Durette will assume the role of president, Corrugated Packaging.  The new president of Global Paper division will be John O’Neal. Also, Tom Stigers will assume the role of president, Mill Operations and will be responsible for the smooth operation of all of WestRock mills.
