North American copper scrap prices see modest recovery on Index

The North American copper scrap prices recovered marginally on April 24th Thursday

MONTREAL (Scrap Monster) : The North American copper scrap prices recovered marginally on ScrapMonster Price Index  as on April 24^th Thursday.

Alternator prices went higher by $ 0.01 per Lb. remained unchanged. The price of #1 Copper Wire and Tubing rose by $0.04 per Lb. #2 Copper Wire and Tubing prices were also up by $0.04 per Lb. The price of #1 Copper Bare Bright also went higher by $ 0.04 per Lb.

The prices of #1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery increased by $0.02 per Lb. Also, the prices of #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery went up by $0.03 per Lb. #3 Copper-Light copper prices went higher by $0.04 per Lb.

The prices of Copper Radiator witnessed up move of $0.02 per Lb.  Copper Transformer Scrap, saw no price action on April 24^th. CuYokes and Cu/Al Radiator Ends prices appreciated by $0.01 per Lb.

The price of Cu/Al Radiators and Cu/Al Radiators/Fe moved higher by $0.01 per Lb each from the previous day.

Heater Cores prices went higher by $0.03 per Lb each over the day.

Harness Wire 35% Recovery prices were up by $0.02 per Lb.

Romex Wire prices advanced by $0.03 per Lb to touch $2.24 per Lb.

Scrap Electric Motors, Sealed units, Starters and Xmas Lights witnessed no daily variation in prices.
