Jeremy Mahaffey, the owner of M&M Scrap Yard, grew up surrounded by scrap metal. His family’s previous venture laid the foundation for his journey into the recycling industry. Although not in the same location, M&M Scrap Yard’s origins are deeply intertwined with a family history dedicated to metals recycling.Jeremy’s motivation to start M&M Scrap Yard was deeply rooted in family values. The decision to embark on this journey in October 2005 coincided with the birth of his son, Jayden. As a family-oriented individual, Jeremy wanted a business that allowed him to be present at home, making M&M Scrap Yard a testament to the importance of family in both life and business. Jeremy is also a proud father of two daughters, Abby and Adelee.
