On the brink of his 17 years of age and starting from scratch, Michel Miller already is a natural-born entrepreneur. As a tenant, he wishes more than anything to finally own the premises he uses. Michel works relentlessly and persistently 7 days a week to convince the executives of an oil company and finally own his first automotive mechanics business in Blainville in 1977. Only 2 years after, in 1979, he purchased a land in Saint-Eustache in the hope of redirecting his business activities to sell second-hand automotive parts.
Since its very beginning, Service de recyclage Sterling dreams big. The founder had a passion, a vision and a strong will to go one step beyond and to reach the unreachable. He chose to surround himself with a smart team that has the motivation to exceed the expectations and offer a service fitted to their customer’s reality.
At a time where environment is at the forefront of the society’s concerns, Service de recyclage Sterling is considered a pioneer in recycling and valorizing materials with its ecological business model. Preventing the burial of wastes by giving a new life to dry materials is and has always been a part of the company’s forward-looking approach.
Our ecological awareness has always been our source of motivation. We built optimal facilities to continually improve our procedures and minimize the waste sent to landfill sites.
Thanks to this determination that has been following us ever since day 1, we were able to do the unthinkable: we send 60 times less waste to landfill sites than when we first started.
