In March 2012, the company was acquired by Deacero USA Inc, also a Texas based company with corporate headquarters in Mexico. With this merge, H&H keeps the family owned atmosphere and gains on capital and human resource talent of global company. H&H has unique direct relationships with several steel mills, assuring their customers with competitive pricing in any southern state. Thanks to its equipment and infrastructure, the company has the ability to accept material by truck, rail or barge, and also has rail cars private fleets to its customer’s disposal.
