Wichita Falls Recycling operates on the site of a former sprawling fiberglass factory. After the demolition, we demonstrated our commitment to green practices by recycling materials from a 1 million-square-foot building. We then built a state-of-the-art facility checked for accuracy quarterly by the U.S. Office of Weights and Measures. We have a firm commitment to integrity that extends to all of our purchases and sales.

Wichita Falls Recycling operates on the site of the former 650,000 square foot St. Gobain fiberglass manufacturing plant. After removing all scrap and salvage from the site, we have built a state of the art Regional Scrap Processing Facility. We have a firm commitment that extends to all our transactions.

In staffing this new facility, we looked to industry experts and found them in Ted Douglas and brother Todd Douglas, the area’s most experienced and responsible recyclers of scrap metal. The brothers are the face of Wichita Falls Recycling and share our goals for green practices and recycling with integrity.

We have full access to a railroad line, with a spur and switch. This allows us to sell in bulk to our buyers, assuring better recycled metal prices for our suppliers. Access to rail lines also assures quick shipments to anywhere in North America for recycled steel and other metals.
