Americycle Scrap Metal Recycling

AmeriCycle started in the spring of 2000 when the company took over an existing recycling facility, which operated in Hainesport for more than 40 years.  The existing 5  acre facility was cleaned of glass, tires and other debris, which had accumulated over the years.  Since then, we have added a 70 foot truck scale and various pieces of recycling machinery.  The equipment is used to aid customers in unloading and in processing metals to prepare them for remelt and recycling.  Over the years, our staff has grown from 2 to 12 members, committed to serving our customers, the community and the environment.
