Ashland Disposal Service is currently offering single-stream, curb-side Recycling Services in Ashland, and Greenwood, with collection on Thursdays. Our monthly Recycling Services fee includes a 68-gallon wheeled tote for transport of the accepted items listed. Items not accepted should be placed in the trash.Ashland Disposal Service was acquired by Quik Dump Refuse, Inc. in 2012. Quik Dump Refuse, Inc. is a small, locally-owned, family business providing disposal services in Lincoln and Waverly, Nebraska. Owned and operated by Rick Mendoza, the company originated as a roll-off business in July 1997. Rick started with one truck and 20 roll-off containers, working the night shift at a local factory and servicing the roll-offs during the day. Thanks to a growing economy and a thriving housing market the company grew quickly, resulting in the addition of more equipment and more employees. In October 2004, the company expanded to include daily residential and commercial trash service. This move proved so fruitful that Rick elected to sell the original piece of the company, the roll-off containers, to better operate the daily trash route schedule. Quik Dump Refuse, Inc. continues to thrive because of the company’s on-going commitment to quality service at affordable prices as well as the continued support of its clients. ADS RESIDENTIAL SERVICES We proudly serve our residential neighborhoods, with a focus on friendly, prompt and accommodating customer service. Ashland Disposal Residential Services include: A 95-gallon wheeled trash tote is provided free of charge for standard household waste. Additional totes are available upon request for a minimal monthly fee. All residential garbage is picked up at the curbside or alley (unless otherwise specified) and should be out by 6 a.m. Due to changes at the Sarpy County Landfill, we can now accept yard waste with the normal trash. There will be NO ADDITIONAL FEE for yard waste, unless the amount totals more than one tote and two bags. Totes are available upon request for a minimal monthly fee. Walk-up trash collection is available upon request. Extra charges may apply. Call our office for details.
