Barker’s Junk Co. Inc.is a recognized leader in the scrap recycling industry in Southern West Virginia, working to protect and preserve our environment for over 50 years.Barker’s Junk co. has been a family owned business for over 50 years. The business was originally started in Rhodell West Virginia in the early 50’s by Fred Barker. In the mid 50’s his son Ronnie Barker joined the business after getting out of the service. In 1961 they purchased a second yard in Mabscott, WV which is where we operate today. Ronnie ran the Mabscott location while Fred ran the Rhodell location after Fred’s passing in the 1970’s the Rhodell yard was closed and all material and equipment moved to Mabscott. Ronnie ran the company until his passing in 2009. After his passing his daughter Brenda Mooney who had worked with the company for 38 years became president. In 2010 Ronnie Barker's grandson Cody Darby bought into the company, Cody had been running operations for the previous 6 years.

If u don't know what u need we will come look for u and make sure u get the right equipment for your needsWe also do site cleanup from preparation of material to removal with a full crew of well trained employees.We also offer mobile baling for automobiles tin and white goods we will bring our portable sierra baler to your location bale your material and move away properly.
