Data Removal Procedures:

• The equipment is stored in a secured storage facility to ensure the security of the unit and data until the hard data can be properly erased or hard drive shredding, upon discretion of request.
• Our technician wipes the hard drive of all data: -DOD- 'Overwrite all addressable locations with a character, its complement, then a random character and verify' for clearing and sanitizing information on a writable media.
• The computers are then stripped of all identification tags, names, property tags or any symbols identifying the original owner.
• All equipment deemed unusable is then recycled in an environmentally manner, nothing will be shipped overseas or sent to a landfill. Any unusable equipment is physically manufactured before being recycled.
