eRecycler, LLC is an electronics recycling and data destruction service provider. We service the North Texas area, although we extend our reaches across state lines. Our recycling services are unique in that we manually dismantle our recyclables and generate absolutely no waste or toxins when doing so. eRecycler hard drive shredders will shred your hard drives to NIST standards at the rate of 1200 units per hour! At the client’s request, we may also bring one of our mobile hard drive puncher to crush the hard drives on-site at your location and then transport them to our facility to later be shredded. All of Erecycler electronics recycling and data destruction services have the option of asset tracking that suits your asset management needs. We are open to the public Monday thru Friday for any of our services. We also proudly serve businesses, corporations, municipalities, churches, schools, communities and individuals.

Erecycler LLC prides itself on unique recycling methods. Unlike most recycling businesses, we manually dismantle all electronic materials in-house without the use of industrial and metallurgical machinery, like smelters and mass-shredders. We do not create any type of pollution and strive to maintain a zero-landfill policy.

Because of our unique recycling efforts, we do not require an EPA permit or a ground-water permit since all of our materials are stored indoors. Furthermore, having a unique method of recycling means that many of the R2 and e-Stewards requirements do not pertain to us and we therefore cannot complete their certification needs. However, all of our downstream traffic is tracked to ensure that all materials are handled with the utmost care and eco-responsibility.

We believe that small changes can add up to big results. So, periodically, we re-analyze our material flow and try to be more efficient and recover more.

• You can drop off or ship your electronics to our Dallas location. Several of our clients ship directly from their satellite locations and can monitor shipping progress via our client portal; with weight and asset tracking submitted and recorded daily. For our local North Texas clients, we are more than happy to arrange a pick-up… or twenty! 🙂
• We come to you with a portable hard drive punch and destroy your hard drives right before your eyes in your offices. We can degauss your backup tapes onsite too! The chain of custody can not get any shorter than this.
• We can record your serial numbers prior to recycling or destruction as a way of documenting our services that meets Chain of Custody requirements.The Asset Tracking processes can make sure that your data containing devices and proprietary products are not available to secondary or gray markets. Erecycler has destroyed tons of engineering samples, prototypes and returns. Let us design a recycling and destruction program that suits your needs.
• Data security and product line integrity dictates that many items need to be destroyed. We offer certified physical destruction of hard drives, floppy disks, CDs and tapes. Our in-house shredders will insure your information is safe and completely unrecoverable. In most cases, small lots of drives can be destroyed while you wait.
