Green Network Exchange (GNE) has become one of the foremost and largest electronics waste recycling companies in New England and New York servicing twenty seven property management firms, and over 250 clients. We properly recycle large quantities of any and all used computer equipment, pre-owned electronics, and we are a Secondary Market reseller of computer, network and telecommunications equipment for either reuse or refurbishing.

GNE is dedicated to the proper disposing and recycling of computer and electronic waste material. For many years computer monitors, printers, stereos, TV’s, etc would end up in garbage dumps creating numerous environmental hazards when all of this material can be scrapped and recycled. We are a trusted partner with a large network of electronic buy/sell recycling entities throughout the United States and Canada.

Since 2009 GNE has been a reliable agent to corporations and employees for the recycling of used and retired electronic equipment in a safe and useful manner. GNE provides corporations and their employees scheduled recycling events and collections whereby electronic waste material can be picked up and recycled at their convenience.

If the material happens to be high end equipment we can provide an assessment for the value of the inventory and make arrangements to purchase the equipment. GNE issues certification of hard drive destruction, and inventory intake reports for the recycling of obsolete electronics, and systems. Our mission is to provide complete services for all your e-Waste requirements. We provide recycling, destruction, and salvaging of electronic waste material with a goal to maintain a “Green Environment”. Our services include destruction of disks, hard drives and any devices as needed along with a certificate of the transaction.GNE manages process and needs required for used and end of life electronic equipment and determines the next steps necessary in the recycling process without harming the environment and we evaluate selected items that may have a useful after life that can either be refurbished or reused. We work with large and small corporations, schools, business and industrial parks, Municipalities, non profit organizations, etc.

Process

All electronic waste material, and metals, received by Green Network Exchange is sorted, staged, and tested for functional reuse, refurbished and resold back to the marketplace. Material that is determined to be eScrap is broken down and sold to buyers or dealers in need of specific raw commodities, scrap, or precious metals. Hard Drives from PC’s, Servers, and Laptops are destroyed and certification of destruction is provided. TV’s, Fluorescent bulbs, and CRT’s are channeled to our downstream partners who specialize in the recycling, and processing of that material in accordance with State, Local, Federal, and ISO 9000 guidelines.
