One by one, he was joined by his sons, LeRoy Jr., Dave, Gary and Larry and later, daughter Annette. Hilltopper Refuse & Recycling Service, Inc. is excited to announce that Brian Tippetts has joined it's leadership team. Brian will work on a large variety of projects at Hilltopper, including financial management, business development, and strategic alignment.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our team at Hilltopper Refuse & Recycling Service, Inc. is composed of quality service-driven individuals who perform on the highest levels. We are strongly committed to excellence in each service that we provide, making sure we always represent professionalism.

Previously, Brian worked as a solid waste consultant and international presenter on recycling. Brian is the International President for the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) with 8,300 solid waste and recycling professionals, and is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for MSW Management magazine. He has received appointments from two Governors, including an appointment to the Task Force on Waste Materials Recovery and Disposal. From 1988 thru 2008, Brian headed the La Crosse County Solid Waste Department, a most transformational period for the department.

Hilltopper Refuse Vice-President, Larry Hougom, stated, 'Tippetts enhances our management team in becoming more effective and creative'.
