1) Buyer issue Purchase Order (PO) to the seller.

2) Seller Issue Draft Contract to the buyer

3) Buyer’s bank issue LC Draft/Verbiage to be approved by seller’s bank (Subject to approval by seller’s bank)

4) Seller issues past performance and recent shipment records

5) Upon successful verification. Buyer’s bank issue LC at sight to seller

6) Seller loads the cargo and submits the documents to the bank to clear the payment.

INSPECTION: Independent surveyor (SGS) will issue quality & quantity at the port of loading on seller’s expenses.
