I-Minerals has a team of experienced managers and advisors with many years of experience in the industrial minerals sector.  President and CEO John Theobald has a unique combination of industrial minerals and capital markets experience having held senior positions with Sibelco a major industrial minerals group and as CEO of Anglo Pacific Group plc a London listed royalty and mining investment company..  John is supported project development team that includes Vice-President, Technical Gary Nelson who brings many years of mineral engineering experience in the production of industrial minerals and Linda Koep, Market Development Manager who oversees all aspects of the marketing. The board of directors includes J. Gary Childress who has extensive senior management experience with industrial minerals and ceramic companies. 

This experienced team has worked with leading engineering firms including GBM Engineers, LLC, HDR Inc., SRK Consulting (USA) Inc., Tetra Tech, Mine Development Associates, market research companies, DURTEC GmbH and First Test Minerals with a view towards becoming a producer of halloysite (HalloPureTM) and metakaolin (Bovill Metakaolin) and ultimately high purity quartz (TrueQ TM) and potassium feldspar (Fortispar TM).
