AccuCast, Inc.

AccuCast, Inc. is a privately owned corporation that opened in 1993 with one machine and 2,000 square feet of space. Since then, we have grown and increased our machine inventory to include 2×2, 2×4, and 4×4 Techmire 4-slide die casting machines. We have also expanded our capabilities to include a wide variety of secondary operations, surface coatings, and light assemblies.

Specializing only in miniature zinc castings enables us to occupy little space, thereby reducing overhead and passing along significant cost savings to our customers. We are small enough to give personal service, large enough to meet the needs of any volume.

AccuCast, Inc. uses state-of-the-art, computer directed, Techmire multi-slide die casting machines. This technology allows for any part volume to be cast at high speeds, whether using a single or multi-cavity mold. The “net shape” production minimizes additional secondary operations and reduces overall costs. Quick die changes with computer-aided set-ups assure a continual shot consistency along with an advanced part-parameter control system in which every shot is monitored. This ensures repeatability from the first to last shot and all shots in between.
