24-Hour Processing Capabilities - We offer you a whole range of holistic processing services spanning double-disk grinding, bending, circle or ring sawing, chamfering, edge trimming and conditioning, fabricating and polishing, cutting to the desired length, pipe threading, precision plate sawing and blanking, Blanchard grinding, sawing, punching, shearing, NDT, thermalizing, tee splitting, trepanning, centerless grinding as well as polishing and turning.

Fabrication:

In House Detailing By using AutoCad software, our in-house detailing team is able to document every design from the client side. Our detailing team will function in a consultative capacity to discuss your requirements and ensure a seamless transition from conceptual to draft and detail phases. With the presence of an in-house detailing team, you avoid hassles of seeking such services elsewhere. Our umbrella services ensure a more cost-effective and timely fabrication service for your requirements. Automation Metal Supply utilizes a state of the art, fully-automated and integrated CNC in-line drill, saw, and coping unit. our FICEP® Beamline can handle the most complex jobs with zero errors. Our “direct to line” capability allows for a seamless transfer of all dimensioning from client approved detailed shop drawings, ensuring an eror free end product.
