At N. L. Construction Inc. our primary focus is to provide customers with premium product and quality service. At N. L. we are always willing to take on new projects, learn new processes, and add new divisions to our ever-growing and evolving company. N. L. began as a custom homebuilding company. We have now expanded to six divisions and better identify as a general contracting company. Whether it’s overhead doors, residential framing, or anything in between, we’re here to help with your next project.

OUR HISTORY

In April 2009, Dustin and Taylor embarked on a venture to make their dreams a reality and started N.L. Construction Inc. in Yorkton, SK. They started out of their homes with their own half-ton trucks and the necessary tools to build decks, residential renovations, and anything else that allowed them to build their knowledge and gain experience in the construction industry. In the following years, they carefully grew by adding a few employees and taking on bigger and bigger projects.

In the last 10 years, the company has evolved from a two-man crew to a team of 25 with multiple trucks, trailers & lifts a 6300 sq. ft. office building and a new 7200 sq.ft. building with an interior finishing shop and multiple storage bays. N.L.’s dedication to providing its customers with a high-quality product has allowed us to expand our portfolio to include designing and drafting building plans, pouring residential and commercial foundations, building custom homes, erecting large commercial steel buildings, interior finishing projects and installing & servicing overhead doors. None of this would have been possible had we forgotten the values with which we began.

OUR TEAM

As we expand, so does our work force. Our staff includes everything from journeymen supervisors, apprentices and labourers, to our office team dedicated to estimating, drafting & design, sales & marketing and office management. We continue to focus on our company’s core values, and impress the importance of working towards a common vision. Each of N. L.’s employees are chosen based on their ability to communicate and demonstrate a strong work ethic. This, combined with the leadership and integrity of management, allows for each employee to take pride in their craft and enjoy coming to work.
