They are built on location for higher quality. The maintenance free exterior of your building is a Hi-tensile galvanized stell. We have a full line of colors from which to choose. SUPERIOR CRAFTMANSHIP

All Modern Steel BUildings are constructed by some of the most highly skilled people in the wood frame metal building industry. Our steel buildings are supported with wolmanized pressure treated or LP-22 pressure, 6 x 6 rough support columns up to 4 feet in the ground. The truss system will be an engineered, double bolted truss, using Standard and Better framing lumber and built on site. All trusses will meet or exceed all state and country building codes.

Insulation in the roof is recommended, as metal buildings may sweat. We use a top R-16 rated insulation:
