Bison Steel was established in 1991 to produce welded high carbon steel screens for the sizing and security markets using a special proprietary process. Today it is still the only known manufacturer of welded high carbon screens in the world. The product line has been expanded to include very abrasive resistant stainless steel screens.

The only producer of welded high carbon steel wire screens in the world. Welded high carbon steel screens are very hard and abrasive resistant.

Up to .375″ diameter, the wire is 500 Brinell hardness and above .375″ it is over 400 Brinell. Unique, abrasive resistant stainless steel is also available.

Welded screens are used to size material in the aggregate, slag, coke, recycle and coal markets and for security applications.
