Express Building Kits is the sister company of Colony Construction, which has been in business for over 30 years. With over 100 years of collective experience, the Express Building Kits team specializes in the design, design and fabrication, and servicing of pre-engineered steel buildings, and provides services across North America.

We design, fabricate, and deliver custom building packages or individual components on a case-by-case basis. Although we have the expertise to work for engineers and architects, the majority of our clients are private owners, so we have the experience and the patience to help clients who haven’t had the pleasure of building anything in the past.

We understand the challenges you face when trying to make a decision on how to build, what to build, and who to buy from. We want to take that stress away. We pride ourselves on our on-time delivery, lowest price, product quality, and our warranties. The industry standard is one year but we offer three. Our buildings are easy to use and economical. We support and specialize in the agricultural, aviation, and industrial sectors.
