History

Bal-Con Builders is a family owned construction company based in Sealy, TX, in the heart of Austin County. Hank Balensiefer, Owner and President, began the company as a pre-engineered metal building erection firm, with a focus on retail developers, churches and manufacturing businesses. In 2015, Bal-Con expanded its services to include Design/Build commercial and residential projects. Our management team has over 50 years combined experience in the metal building/construction industry.

Our personnel have strong backgrounds in construction and metal building sales, design, fabrication, and erection; creating a team effective at delivering successful pre-engineered metal building projects.
