* Manufacturing Unit: Our unit is spread over an area of 10,000 Sqft. It is well equipped with the latest machinery and tools. High productive line of aluminium gas fired Reverberatory Monolithic and Hydraulic tilting furnace with melting capacity 5 Tons/ batch from Thermotech Furnaces (India) Faridabad and an Ingot caster from Metal Tech Engineers Pune. We have a Production Capacity of 500 Ton/Month. We use high quality Aluminium Scrap as Raw Material. * Quality: we give utmost importance to the quality of Aluminium products. Every product pass through to a wide range of quality tests to evaluate several parameters like chemical composition, strength, mechanical properties, weight, dimensions etc. We ensure that each Aluminium products conforms to the Industrial quality standards. We have spectrometer ? Metavision ? 109N (Metal Power Make) for chemical analysis. * Product Size/weight: 5 KG/7.5KG/10KG.
