Our History

The Minialoff name is well known in the industry, Otto Minialoff, Andrew’s Grandfather and the founder of Peerless Enterprises was the first generation to enter the industry and was a pioneer in the roll forming and roofing industry. The following generation of brothers continued in the industry setting the bench mark for all to follow in quality and customer service.

Andrew started out in the industry working for Peerless and was quickly encouraged to set out on his own to develop and provide a quality workforce to be utilized by larger companies in the industry. The original company, Drew Enterprises proved to be the leader in quality and professionalism and in 1999 changed it’s name to Titan Metals to better identify itself in the industry. Titan carried on the tradition of quality set by its predecessors and their work force has continued to be utilized on the larger and the most demanding of projects while with the support of the generations of past has grown its supply and install contracting division to where it is today.
