Eskimo Steel Ltd. is an Alberta based structural steel fabricator and erector that has been serving the Alberta and NWT markets for over 40 years.

With exclusive attention to industrial work in the energy, mining and forestry sectors we have provided fabrication and erection services of structural steel and plate work to both owners and industrial contractors. We focus on meeting owners needs within their ongoing capital improvement budgets with projects ranging in size from 20-1500 tons.

Eskimo maintains certificates of recognition from, Manufacturers’ Health and Safety Association and the Alberta Construction Safety Association. Our quality management system meets the requirements of the CISC Fabrication Quality Systems Guideline for Steel Structures. Eskimo also maintains CWB certification to CSA W47.1.1 Div2.

We are an active member of the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction with awards of recognition from the Alberta region for projects in the industrial category in 2003 ( Diavik) and 2010 (Shell Scotford).
