Star specializes in contract manufacturing processes, for the production of steel parts and components, requiring cold or hot-forming, forging, heat-treating, threading or welding. Original equipment manufacturers look to Star’s manufacturing process capability, capacity and reliability, to meet their production needs for products ranging in size from 2 - 100 lbs, low to high carbon grades, alloy and stainless, produced to their specifications and JIT requirements.

Capabilities include plate & bar cutting, upset forging 2” - 4” & closed die forging 250 - 1600 ton, hydraulic bulldozers 75 - 250 ton, hot & cold punch up to 1”, multi-spindle and sandvik drills, (2) in line heat treat production lines. Eyebolt production cells, roll and cut thread, (4) production welding cells, and shot blasting.
