KC Sheetmetal is a small family-owned sheet metal fabrication shop located in the heart of San Jose. With our capability for customization we specialize in small run and prototype production. KC Sheetmetal has been proudly supplying products to many local and regional customers for the past twenty years. We pride ourselves in our ability to adapt to the needs of our customers, from the smallest runs of the smallest parts, to high volume runs or large chassis. We generally cater to the semiconductor and communication industries but we also have experience with solar and other types of work. We are always open to new ideas and new industries.

Who We Are

Philip Casey, Owner and Consultant: Philip has been in the sheetmetal industry for over 35 years. He had more than 20 years of plant manager experience with Pro-Dev Manufacturing before venturing out to start his own business in 1998.

Jamison Casey, President: Jamison has been involved with the business since he finished high school. He has worked almost every job in the shop as he worked his way up the ladder. He became the full time programmer after college until Phil Retired in September 2017.

Carla Casey, Accountant and Bookkeeper: Carla manages all contracts, accounts payable, accounts recievable, payroll, etc.

Our mission is to produce a quick turn, high quality product. We promise to support our customers' engineering needs and provide excellent personalized support throughout the entire production process. KC Sheetmetal has remained a small business in order to maintain that special one on one relationship with our customers.
