Stainless Structurals is a global producer and supplier of stainless steel structural shapes and special custom profiles. We service a vast network of local, regional and international distributors and fabricators. We also work closely with engineers, architects, OEMs and end users to help them realize their designs suited for a diverse mix of projects in a wide range of industries. Our efforts are focused on customer service, quality and innovation. History

Even though stainless steel structurals have been available since the 60′s, the industry did not show great interest until the last decade. The main reasons have been small volumes, irregular consumption, few supply sources, long delivery times, high prices and little material knowledge.

In the early 90′s the company Montanstahl AG focused on these market inadequacies and realized some significant changes thanks to enhanced supply networks and by introducing new manufacturing technologies. Founded in 1983 in Swtizerland, the company has grown from a small steel profile rolling mill to an internationally renowned supplier and stockholder for special steel and stainless steel profiles.

In 2005 Montanstahl decided to establish its first product specific company, Stainless Strucutrals, with a main focus on stainless steel structurals. This was the beginning of a systematic network, which today covers distribution in more than 60 countries worldwide.

Our Services

Our sales team is located on site at the production mill, which means our customers benefit from the efficiency of enhanced communication between these two departments.
