We are a small family run business with 12 years experience in the construction world.

Jonathan Ratta is the founder of Covington Framing Construction. He was born and raised in England where he acquired the skills of his trade through a four year apprenticeship under seasoned craftsman of a very successful multimillion dollar company. Under there wing , Jonathan rose to the top in both carpentry and management skills. With solid training and experience under his belt, Jonathan decided to start his own company once he arrived in the U.S. After learning California codes and hands on work in America for the past three years, Jonathan became a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor and is ready to take care of all your construction needs.
