Back in 1993 MacDermid Design Ltd. was founded by Doug MacDermid. He left his day job of 8 years in the welding & fabrication industry for his garage. His passion for working with metal helped him outgrow the garage and in 1994 he took his small company to the Scottsdale Airpark. Over the years we’ve grown in size and capabilities. In October of 2007 we moved to our new 9300 sq foot fabrication facility.

From a simple weld repair to full production of high precision parts, we can handle your needs. We use the latest technology and automation to maintain short lead times and competitive pricing.

We work with our customers to develop prototype and manufacturing solutions. Working with a variety of metals, we specialize in Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Copper.
