Croy Contracting Inc. is jointly owned by Eric Croy and his wife, Teresa. They are natives of Roanoke, Virginia. Eric provided electrical and lighting solutions to retailers, specifically those in grocery, pharmacy, and retail stores for 15 years while he was employed with an international lighting maintenance company in Raleigh, N.C. During that time he realized that there are many facility requirements these retailers had.

 
After returning to Roanoke in 1990, he decided to open a service – based company that provides facility maintenance and contracting services to commercial and retail customers. 
 
Croy Contracting Inc. was established in 1991 with the aim of providing customers in Roanoke, VA and the surrounding areas with superior lighting and electrical repairs, upgrades, and associated energy management solutions. Over time, Eric developed a working relationship with his customers and their confidence in the services he provided increased. This paved the way for additional services. 
 
Croy Contracting Inc. is a SWaM-certified business in the Commonwealth of Virginia that strives to provide exceptional property maintenance services on an on-call basis and also with personnel assigned to a certain location. Eric’s commitment to personally see problems are resolved correctly has taken the company to greater heights.
