Atlantic Coast Contractors is a full service roofing and general construction company that was established in 2010. We are fully licensed and insured and can accommodate any of your roofing or construction needs. We strive for excellence on every project and treat your property as if it were our own. The owner, Steven Hardy has over 13 years experience in the roofing and construction industries. He is a highly motivated individual who not only manages each and every job, but is also present for all projects.

About the Owner

Steven Hardy was born in Colorado Springs in 1988 where he was raised with a strong work ethic. He is a highly motivated individual with extensive knowledge in the roofing and construction industries. He has over 13 years of experience and strives for excellence on each and every job. Steven began his career working as a construction laborer. Once he became familiar with the ins and outs of the roofing and construction industry he was hired as a project superintendent/foreman for a large statewide roofing company.

While employed there he bid, managed, oversaw, coordinated, and personally worked on thousands of roof replacement, roof repairs, waterproofing, and interior home remodeling and repair projects. After this time Steven then became very familiar with the insurance standards and practices in Florida.

Atlantic Coast Contractors was subcontracted for over three years working for various insurance companies such as Citizens, Universal P&C, State Farm, People’s Trust, and many more. During this time he completed over 6,500 mitigation inspections, comprehensive inspections, 4 point inspections, roof certifications inspections, and standard home inspections. Steven’s extensive roofing and construction knowledge will not only help you to repair or replace your roof, but also help you to try and reduce your windstorm insurance policy premiums! Steven is no office slug and is a very hands on company owner. He is present for every job that is done by Atlantic Coast Contractors!
