The new FDNY Spec requires that jobsite shanties be made of 'NON COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL'​. It is recommend that metal be used, if not the next best thing is metal stud with sheetrock and wonderboard (are you building a bathroom, or shanty?). You can use fire treated lumber wrapped in metal, but the law states you must take your shanty apart weekly and inspect it (sounds like a lot of work?).
