Progressive Engineering Co. (PEC) is a precision gear and machine parts manufacturer. We rebuild gearboxes; have the largest surface grinder in the area, a full compliment of CNC, and manual machines for general machine parts production. 

Progressive Heat Treating Co. (PHT) specializes in plasma ion nitriding, vacuum hardening, annealing, stress relieving, induction hardening and carburizing.

We are proud members of the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA). This association helps members compete more effectively in today's global marketplace, providing technical information and gear manufacturing education that is needed in our unique field. Progressive Engineering Co. was established in 1923; in 2001 we expanded with the addition of Progressive Heat Treating.
