Our seven furnace lines have a combined daily capacity of 207 tons and provide annealing, stress relief, and normalizing processes of gray and ductile iron castings as well as steel forgings. In addition to heat treatment, Trojan also offers 100% visual inspection, pencil and snag grinding, and shot blast cleaning of castings. Full service heat treatment of grey iron castings, ductile iron castings, and steel forgings with shot blast, visual inspection and grinding services.
