History :

Founder and CEO, Mike Palumbo, has over 25 years experience installing, maintaining and repairing industrial production equipment, with much of that focused on the aluminum, plastics and steel industries. After gathering such extensive industry experience, Mike and his family founded L&M Diversified, LLC (our sister company) in 2008. L&M Diversified focuses on installation, maintenance and repairs for industrial equipment throughout the United States. Through careful attention to detail, top-notch project management and impeccable customer service, L&M Diversified quickly earned an outstanding reputation in the industry.

In early 2016, L&M Processing, LLC was born, a metal processing facility in Twinsburg, Ohio currently specializing in slitting, cut-to-length services, custom shearing, polishing, edge deburring and PVC application for steel and aluminum. The family owned and operated business, operates in a 41,000 sq ft warehouse allowing easy access from Interstate 480 and the Ohio Turnpike.
