H&S Tool Inc.

Our company began in the Hillestad family garage in 1975. That is where Tolleif Hillestad designed and built the first H&S model MS I.D. mount prep tool. The following year, Mark, his son, joined him and H&S (Hillestad and Son) was born and we moved into a small building in Wadsworth, OH, U.S.A.

Since 1975, we have grown from that garage to a 30,000 square feet (2787.1 square meters) state of the art manufacturing facility and a distribution network that spans the globe.

H&S Tool is now a world class supplier for tools in the maintenance and construction of power generation plants; pulp and paper plants; pipelines, refineries and other liquid processing facilities as well as production machines in fabrication companies.
