Established in 1985, Elite Fasteners Inc. has been manufacturing externally threaded fasteners and cold headed specials for over 30 years… tamperproofOur manufacturing capabilities range from #4 through 3/8″ diameters and from 3/16” to 3-1/4” in length with metric equivalents available. We manufacture all the standard head styles, but also many custom cold headed specials.  Elite Fasteners, Inc. can supply machine screws, tapping screws, thread cutting screws and thread rolling screws.  Some of these profiles include High-Low, Tri Point and Tri Round with other thread profile variations upon request.  We also offer in house head slotting, shank slotting and sorting services.  Whatever material grade your parts require, be it 1008, 1010, 10B21, 1022, 1038, or 4037 along with the appropriate heat treating and finish we can provide the necessary certification.  We also manufacture parts in brass, silicon bronze, 410 stainless steel, 430 stainless steel and 18-8 stainless steel.  Along with standard certifications on material, heat treating, and plating we can supply PPAP’s with additional quality documentation available upon request.  We offer a standard 4 week lead time, blanket releases and expedited deliveries are available upon request to meet your JIT delivery needs.  Elite Fasteners, Inc is a medium sized manufacturer that is large enough to handle any of your requirements, but small enough to be flexible and versatile to respond to our customers changing needs.  Our success has been through building relationships and partnering with our customers.
