Sherwood Prototype, Inc. specializes in supplying stampings to OEM and Tier 1 suppliers with prototype, short run stampings and assemblies, utilizing steel or zinc alloy CNC cut tooling. Our modern equipment includes a full complement of tool room machinery, hydraulic presses, tube benders, welders, 6 Axis laser cutting and welding.  Also, a CAD/CAM system for off line laser programming, CMM and tool room supports. Our temperature controlled inspection room with computer controlled coordinate measuring and other support equipment insure the accuracy of all parts processed.  Sherwood Prototype is dedicated to fulfill all our customer's stringent quality and rapid delivery requirements.
