Phillips Patterns & Castings, Inc. is a family owned and operated aluminum foundry. We produce die cast castings, permanent mold castings, air set castings,and sand castings. We can produce these castings in a variety of sizes and alloys. Our other operations include rapid prototyping (3-D Printing), in-house machining, vibratory finishing, and powder coating. Outside processes available include heat treating, e-coating, anodizing, polishing, and much more.

Along with providing top-notch customer service, our main goal at Phillips Patterns is to hold the highest quality standards while still maintaining on-time deliveries, all at a fair market price.
