Roma Steel Erection, Inc. was established in 1973.  Central Metals, Inc. was established in 1981.  Founded by Joseph C. Giangulio and joined later by Russell Valerio; they have become the largest miscellaneous & ornamental metals fabricator and erector in the Philadelphia, PA and Southern New Jersey areas.
