JIT CNC Machining is a precision CNC machine shop established in 1996. We have two manufacturing locations, Rochester, NY and Ocala, FL – known as JIT North/South. Our Florida facility opened February 2015. Each of our plants are 25,000 plus square feet and fully air-conditioned. Our Rochester, NY facility is dually ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100-C Registered.
Our Lathes are equipped with bar feeders for higher volume production as well as we utilize a broad mix of chucking jaws to hold individual pieces on lower volume runs. We regularly work in aerospace and aircraft alloy materials such as titanium, inconel, and hastelloy as well as stainless steel, steel, brass, aluminum, copper, and teflon.
