Code Welding

Code Welding & Mfg. Inc. has been in business for over 20 years.  Our major shareholders Mike Roe and Charles Lynk are the founders of our corporation.  Both are skilled welders and started Code Welding & Mfg. on their personal expertise.  Mike and Chuck are currently both serving as active board members.  This expertise and a future exit plan are supported by two additional partners, Steve Johnson (President) and Curt Simonson (Vice President).  Code Welding has earned a reputation as a high quality metal fabrication organization.  Several obstacles such as a building fire in the first years of business and also surviving the ongoing economic volatility has continued to challenge us to establish a stronger and more flexible organization.  Code Welding has generated profits for the majority of years in business and the company employee count has been between 15-30 personnel for the last 15 years.
