In 1986 Integral Automation Inc., acquired Premier Tool Works bringing with it a full complement of automation engineering expertise in manufacturing processes. The acquisition launched the company into the throws of modern day high speed automation, spring detanglers and soldering equipment. Spring detanglers and Spring detangling systems design and building, became one of the new growth areas for the company, in addition to the complete machine shop, waterjet, welding, and fabrication services we offer.
