Panek Precision

Panek Precision, a CNC machine shop, was established in 1945 by Chester Panek in a small facility in Chicago and has a record of consistent and steady growth. Under the leadership of our current President, Gregg Panek, we are still family-owned and operated. In April 2006 we moved into our 5th facility, a modern 106,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Northbrook, IL.

Our primary capabilities as a machine shop include CNC machining, multi-spindle screw machining, precision tube cutting, metal forming, 4-slide stamping and centerless grinding. We are proud of our automated CNC machining capabilities, which allow us to produce precise components efficiently.  Our secondary capabilities include broaching, assembly, tapping, honing, lapping, milling and thread rolling.  Keeping these secondary operations in house allows Panek Precision the ability to provide our customers with faster turnaround times and optimal pricing.
