We are a custom gear manufacturer . We do everything in-house, except for heat treating. Our business was established in 1993. We have 14,000 square feet of space, located in three buildings. We are located in Bridgeview, Illinois, minutes away from I-294 with easy access via 95th St. To provide the best service possible we have manual and CNC machines. We have an impressive selection of tooling to do most jobs, consisting of over 1,600 pieces: hobs, shaper cutters, milling cutters, and broaches. Our company not only offers complete gear manufacturing service, but technical engineering assistance as well. Although not a member of AGMA, we manufacture gears according to their specifications. We are a gearbox repair facility. Another important aspect of our company is our business hours. We have 24 hour breakdown / rush service. We are continually expanding our business capabilities and customer base. One piece orders are our specialty - any size order welcome!
