JEDI incorporated in 1983 and has 30 years experience in the Precision Machining Industy. We are located in McHenry approximately 45 miles NW of Chicago, IL.  Our continued dedication to precision machining and on time delivery is the cause of our success and steady growth through repeat customer satisfaction.Our specialty is Swiss type turned and screw machined products up to include 32 mm (1 1/4” diameter).  Our 12 axis CNC machines are capable of completing complex operations such as: long taper turning, back turning, milling, cross drilling,and taping.  Aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, platics, carbon steel, and stainless steel grades are material we work with.
